Check-in: after 4 PM | Check-out: before 10 AM
No pets, no parties
Pool heater must be requested 48 hrs in advance (max temp 95°F; may not work in very cold weather, no refunds if heat isn’t reached.
This is a self-catering property.
A starter kit of essentials is provided (toiletries, paper products, dish soap)
Guests should purchase additional supplies for the duration of their stay.
Garbage: Please dispose of trash daily in outdoor bins.
Cleaning: Professional cleaning before check-in; mid-stay cleanings available at extra cost.
Deliveries: USPS will not deliver to vacation homes.
Some resorts accept deliveries at the clubhouse (fees may apply).
We are not responsible for lost or returned packages.
