> Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st of Oct. to the 31st of March. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated, you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

>Grills- We provide either a charcoal or gas grill in our Pool Villas. Charcoal and replacement Gas tank needs to be provided and replaced by guest.

> All homes are strictly nonsmoking inside and a $500 fee will apply, if our cleaners detect smoking odor in the home.

Facts about pool/spa warming. IIt takes up to 24 hours for pool to reach set temperature. Pool heaters keep a pool temperature between 83-85 Fahrenheit. Pools and spas keep the same temperature as water circulates between them. Pool systems are set on timers, so they run from morning to afternoon/evening. Therefore, it will be some cooling of during nighttime when temperature drops. AVD is not responsible for any refunds on freezing winter days (50s and 60s outside temps) which causes lower than normal pool temperatures. Guests are not allowed to tamper with any pool equipment during their stay, this must be handled by a licensed pool professional.
