– SMOKING (any time of cigarette in the house). The house has external areas with balcony and pool area outside where the guest is allowed to smoke, however there will be a fine of U$250.00 if you smoke inside the house)

NOTE: This is a vacation home. We offer some complimentary supplies until you have a chance to purchase them. (1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 garbage bags, 1 soap and 1 fabric softener, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish detergent, a few loads of pods for the dishwasher and 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 soap (per bathroom).
We don’t leave any kind of seasoning or food to avoid contamination.
THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

Wash towels: In accordance with Airbnb’s hygiene recommendations and COVID 19 guidelines, the WASH TOWEL is considered a disposable and personal item, so we recommend that you bring your own.
The other towels (bath towel, hand towel and pool towel) will be provided and will be available at the house, in proportion to the number of guests staying.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

> A mandatory security deposit is required regardless of the number of guests occupying the unit. Failure to pay the security deposit will lead to a cancellation of the reservation.
> A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
> There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays.
> Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
> This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
> Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
> Guests will have access to park 2 cars, if you’re planning on bringing more please inquire first
