> A mandatory security deposit is required regardless of the number of guests occupying the unit. Failure to pay the security deposit will lead to a cancellation of the reservation.

> There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays.

> Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.

> This property does not include a BBQ; however, we do have them available for rental.

> Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st of Oct. to the 31st of Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated, you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.

> Guests will have access to park 5 cars, if you’re planning on bringing more, please inquire first.
