For homes managed by All Vacation Dreams, standard check-in is between 4:00–5:00 PM. This allows our team to ensure everything is in
perfect condition for your stay. Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee. 

Property Protection provides coverage for accidental or inadvertent damage up to $1,000 during your stay at an Orlando vacation home managed by All Vacation Dreams. Bedding and linens are not covered.

Intentional damage or gross negligence is the responsibility of the guest and is not covered. A valid credit or debit card is required for all reservations to act as a security deposit. Charges may apply for stolen or damaged items, or if the property is not left in a reasonably clean condition.

We maintain a strict no-pet policy across all All Vacation Dreams properties. This ensures the highest standards of cleanliness and prevents issues related to allergies or property damage. If you are searching for pet-friendly Orlando accommodations, we unfortunately cannot assist at this time. 

Yes, all essential linens and towels are provided in our Orlando villa rentals, unless specifically noted otherwise in the property description.

Please Note: Washcloths are generally not provided. 

No, daily housekeeping service is not automatically included with your stay. All our Orlando vacation rentals are thoroughly professionally cleaned and prepared immediately before your arrival and again after your departure.

Mid-Stay Cleaning Service (Optional):

For longer stays, you can request an optional mid-stay clean for an additional charge. This service is comprehensive and includes:

  • Washing all bed sheets and bath towels.
  • Full cleaning of all bathrooms and the kitchen area.
  • Vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, and mopping of all floors.
  • Refreshing your starter supply of paper products.

Please contact our Guest Services team in advance to schedule and arrange payment for this mid-stay housekeeping service.

While we do not leave any chemical cleaning agents in our homes for safety, we ensure you have the necessary equipment and basic starter products to maintain your stay.

  • Iron and ironing board.
  • Full laundry facilities (washing machine and dryer).
  • Dishwasher.

Starter Welcome Kit (Not Replenished):

Upon arrival, you will find a complimentary starter supply of essential consumables:

  • One trash bag.
  • Toilet paper in each bathroom.
  • Hand soap and shower soap.
  • One dishwasher detergent tablet.

Please Note: These starter items are not replenished during your stay. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, and replenishing all consumables needed beyond the welcome kit. 

We make it easy and flexible to manage your booking finances. You are welcome to pay some or all of your remaining balance at any time before your official due date.

Required Check-Out Steps:

  1. Laundry Prep:Please remove all used bed sheets and linens from the beds and all used towels from the bathrooms, placing them in the designated laundry area.
  2. Trash Disposal:Empty all indoor trash cans and place all trash securely in the outdoor receptacles.
  3. Personal Items Check:Don’t forget to thoroughly check the home to ensure you have all of your personal belongings and valuables before departing!

Exclusive Loyalty Reward:

Yes, all our Orlando vacation rental properties are strictly non-smoking.

We enforce a 100% smoke-free policy inside all homes to ensure a clean, fresh environment for all guests. Smoking is permitted outside the property only.

Please Note: Smoking inside the villa, including vaping or e-cigarettes, is strictly prohibited and may result in penalties or additional cleaning fees.

Finding Your Exact Distance to Disney World:

While our community entrances are located very close to the parks, the exact travel time will vary based on your specific rental home’s location. For precise mileage and fastest route, we strongly recommend using a GPS or a smartphone mapping app when traveling to the parks.

  • East-Facing Pool Deck:Gets direct sun in the morning, but shadows from two-story homes can appear in the afternoon.
  • North-Facing Pool Deck:Receives sun on the edges/extremities throughout the day (morning right, afternoon left), especially if the home is single-story or has an extended pool deck.
  • Single-Story Homesand Extended Pool Decks generally help maximize the length of time your Orlando pool deck receives sun. 

Whether you need pool heating depends on the time of year you are traveling.

Pool heating is strongly recommended between the months of October and April. During this period, the air and water temperatures are typically much cooler, making the pool water uncomfortable without supplemental heat.

)- Understanding Pool Heating and Overnight Cooling at Orlando Villas
Yes, heated pools will naturally cool down overnight.
 This is a normal process, especially when air temperatures drop.

Our pool heaters operate on a timer, typically set to run during the day and switch off in the evening. This means that as the air temperature falls overnight, you will experience some inevitable cooling of the pool water.

Pool Heating in Cold Weather (October – April):

During the coldest winter months, maintaining the pool temperature can be challenging.

  • Cold Fronts:Florida occasionally experiences cold fronts from the north, bringing overnight low temperatures into the 30s and 40s (Fahrenheit).
  • Heater Limitations:If the outside air drops below approximately F, electric heat pumps (commonly used for Orlando pool heating) become unable to operate effectively. Under these cold conditions, the heater cannot maintain the desired water temperature (e.g., F).

Important Policy Note (Cold Weather):

Please be aware that cold weather conditions do NOT constitute a mechanical failure. The failure of heat pumps to maintain temperature due to low ambient air temperature is considered an act of nature and is outside of our company’s control. No refunds will be given for problems related to the inability of the pool heater to function effectively during severe cold weather. 

Many of our Orlando vacation rental properties have a standard minimum stay policy (typically 3 to 5 nights).

However, we may be able to make an exception, especially for last-minute bookings.

If you are looking for a short stay and the vacation home still shows availability, please contact our Guest Experience team directly. They specialize in handling these requests and will do their best to assist you with a minimum stay waiver or find a suitable, available alternative for your dates. 

Need a little time before finalizing your plans? We are happy to place a temporary hold on almost any available Orlando vacation rental for up to 24 hours. This ensures your preferred villa is secured while you confirm your travel arrangements.

How to Secure Your 24-Hour Reservation Hold:

  • Call our Guest Experience teamduring business hours to request a temporary block on the specific vacation home.
  • The hold lasts for24 hours. To confirm the villa reservation and secure the property beyond this time, a deposit payment must be received.

💡 Best Practice: We recommend placing holds Monday through Thursday during our regular business hours for the quickest and easiest processing.

Important Note: To place a temporary hold, a pre-authorization or hold on your credit card for the deposit amount is required for 24 hours.

If your 24-hour hold expires over a weekend or outside of our business hours, please be aware: we will process the deposit payment immediately to guarantee your booking. You will see this charge reflected on your statement at the beginning of the next business day.

Yes, pool heating is an additional fee for many of our Orlando villa rentals and is not automatically included in the nightly rate.

Pool Heating Costs & Timing:

  • Cost:Prices start from approximately $35 per day plus tax, but the exact fee will vary based on the specific villa, pool size, and type of heating system used.
  • When It’s Needed:Pool heating is generally only necessary during the cooler months (winter and early spring). If you are visiting in the summer, you likely will not need to pay for this service.

How and When to Book Pool Heating:

You can add pool heating to your reservation at any time before your stay. Ideally, please let us know at least 5 days before your arrival.

If you decide you need it after arriving, we can still arrange for the heating to be activated. However, please be aware that pools can take up to 24 hours to reach a comfortable temperature.

All Vacation Dreams is a preferred, independent management partner specializing in a large selection of privately owned vacation rentals located inside Reunion Resort. It is important to note that All Vacation Dreams is not authorized, affiliated with, sponsored by, or related to Reunion Resort & Club of Orlando, GINN-LA, Encore Resorts, or their affiliates.

We focus exclusively on delivering first-class service to our guests. We do not control the homeowner’s association, landscaping, or resort amenities (like the main pools, restaurants, or membership office); therefore, many elements of the Resort itself are managed by other entities. 

Yes, Reunion Resort provides 24-hour on-site security service. Guests can enjoy peace of mind knowing that friendly and knowledgeable security staff are available to assist at a moment’s notice. This includes a greeting upon entry and exit, and timely on-site response should any emergency arise. 

Yes! Reunion Resort offers numerous activities and areas designed for children. These activities include supervised fun at the Kids Crew, an interactive play area at the Water Park, playgrounds located at Center Court Ridge and Villas South, and organized fun at the Hideaway at Seven Eagles Pavilion. 

No, Reunion Resort rules strictly do not allow a trailer of any kind into the resort community. This policy is set and enforced by the Resort’s governing body. Please make alternative arrangements for parking trailers or oversized vehicles outside of the resort property. 

Yes, Reunion Resort offers convenient on-property dining and light shopping. Guests can choose from a selection of 6 different restaurants and bars located on the property. Additionally, there is a resort gift shop, a golf pro shop, and a tennis pro shop available to guests. 

Champions Gate Resort FAQ & Oasis Club Information

The Oasis Clubhouse is open daily, 7 days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Please note: The Administration and Receptionist office hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Oasis Club access is an included amenity with your All Vacation Dreams Champions Gate rental.

To enter the facility, all guests must bring the following to the front desk for verification:

  • Yourrental voucher and/or a valid Champions Gate parking pass.
  • Only the registered guests in the All Vacation Dreams booking form entering the facility.

Once verified, each guest will receive a disposable colored wristband, which provides access for that day. This verification process must be repeated daily as the wristband color changes. 

The pool hours of operation are 7 days a week, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. You may also use the complimentary poolside towel service and inner tubes during these same hours.

The Tiki Bar located by the pool is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 

Yes, there is a height requirement for the water slide. Guests must be 48 inches or taller to use the slide. 

To book a poolside cabana, please contact the Oasis Club concierge by stopping by the club desk or calling the main number at (863) 547-9542. Payment for the cabana is required at the time of booking. Cabanas are available daily from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 

The Oasis Club offers three levels of Cabana Service that any resort guest may arrange with the concierge. These include premium amenities like towels, visors, souvenir cups, sunscreen, and Food & Beverage Credits:

  • “The Beach” ($175 Full Day Rental):Includes essentials like towels, visors, souvenir cups, sunscreen, and USA Today.
  • “The Coconut” ($250 Full Day Rental):Adds $25 Food & Beverage Credit, cabana robes, fruit basket, and domestic cheese display.
  • “Top of the Palms” ($350 Full Day Rental):Features $50 Food & Beverage Credit, international cheese and fruit display, fresh crudité, tropical dips, and baked goods. 

The resort Sundry Store is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and stocks all your essential needs while on vacation at Champions Gate. 

The Grille Room & Bar at the Oasis Club offers different service times:

  • Brunch:Served Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
  • Lunch:Available 7 days a week, 11:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.
  • Dinner:Served 7 days a week, 4:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.

Yes, Champions Gate provides excellent children’s activities and amenities! These include a dedicated Game Room, a Tot Room, and planned daily activities.

The main program is the Oasis Kids Camp, an exciting, interactive, hands-on camp for children ages 4 to 12. This supervised camp allows parents to enjoy the fitness center, pool, or restaurant. Advance reservations are required. 

  • TheGame Room and Tot Room are open 7 days a week, from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
  • TheOasis Kids’ Camp is open 7 days a week, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
  • Themovie theater schedule is based on the Oasis activity calendar; please ask the concierge for current details. 

Yes, there is a fee of $25 per child per day for the Oasis Kids Camp. This fee includes all activities, supplies, and a full lunch.

Advance reservations are required for the Oasis Kids Camp. Please see the concierge or activities attendant at the Oasis Club to reserve your child’s adventure today. 

The Fitness Center and Locker Rooms are open 7 days a week for resort guests from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Note: Homeowners have extended hours from 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.).

The Business Center at the Oasis Club is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
